Rental Assistance Application Available August 31 – September 6, 2020 Through Broward County
The CARES Act enables local government to allocate emergency funding to residents who face pressing financial issues due to the pandemic.
Qualified residents impacted by COVID-19 are able to apply for rental assistance beginning August 31, 2020. The application is only open until September 6, 2020. This is not a loan so the funds do not need to be paid back.
Visit the website below for eligibility requirements and to apply online. Please note that CARES Act funding will be distributed until the funds are exhausted. If you think you may be eligible, it is advisable to apply as soon as you can.
