About John Segaul, Esq.
John D. Segaul was raised locally, in Plantation, Florida. He received a BS in finance from Syracuse University in 1988. He then graduated from the Syracuse College of Law (Cum Laude) in 1991. He has practiced Bankruptcy law in South Florida since 1992 and has represented thousands of individuals in chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases.
Mr. Segaul is admitted to practice in the State of Florida since 1991. He is also admitted to the Federal District Courts for the Southern District of Florida (Miami) and the Middle District of Florida (Orlando) Mr. Segaul is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys as well as the American Bar Association.
